Both car parks have designated disabled parking bays. They’re on every level of Churchill 1 and levels 4 & 6 of Churchill 2.
Need a pair of wheels? Our friends The Fed – Centre for Independent Living, hire wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters at the centre. It’s a great way to get out and about in Brighton and Hove.

Where do I find Shopmobility?
If you’re coming by car, park in Churchill 1 car park, Regency Road East BN1 2RU, level P3 and turn right following the signs for Shopmobility straight after entering the car park entrance. There’s disabled parking next to Shopmobility.
Otherwise, use the lift in the centre to go to P3. Then, follow the green path to Shopmobility.

How to find us
We’re smack bang in the centre of Brighton, just a short walk away from the Clock Tower and up the road from the famous Brighton Lanes. If you’re on the beach, we’re just a pebble’s throw away, as well as a 10-minute stroll from the train station.

We’re a ten minute walk from Brighton Station. Just come out of the station, head towards the seafront down Queens Road and turn right at the Clock Tower. You can’t miss us.

Park and Ride
Park free at Withdean Sports Complex (postcode BN1 5JD). Then, hop on a bus that stops at the Clock Tower on Queen’s Road. Click here for further details and costs.

Just shop online and collect in store. It’s a breeze. Click here to check out participating stores.
Don’t sweat it. You can now pick up your Amazon order from Churchill Square! Located between TH Baker and Clarks, collection couldn’t be simpler.
Once your item is ready for collection you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a unique pickup code and when you arrive to pick up your parcel, just follow the instructions on the screen.
Please note, all parcels delivered to Amazon Locker locations must be picked up within three days and Amazon lockers in Churchill Square are available for collections only.
Collect+ lets you collect your online shopping from our Customer Service Desk. Easy-peasy.
How Collect+ works
- At the online checkout, select Collect+ and then Churchill Square.
- Collect+ will text or email you to confirm that your delivery is ready to pick up.
- Visit the Customer Service Desk to collect your parcel and bring your email with the barcode and your ID.
Parcels must be collected within 10 days of your collection date.
Please note, for a third party collection, the person collecting the parcel should have the ID from the person whose name appears on the parcel AND their customer collection code.
- Follow the steps on the good’s instructions.
- The barcode label must be attached to the parcel and the parcel must be sealed.
- Drop the parcel off at the Customer Service Desk where you’ll be given a tracking number.
Please note, maximum size of parcels are 90cm x 60cm x 60cm.
You can send parcels to friends, family or even customers. Just purchase a send label online, then drop your parcel off at the Customer Service Desk.

These are easy to find either between TH Baker and Clarks, or in Food Quarter between Italian Kitchen and Spud U Like. Happy nappy changing.
Parent and baby parking
There are special parking bays to make life easier if you’re bringing little ones. These are on all levels of Churchill 1 and levels 4 & 6 of Churchill 2.
We’ve a choice of lifts ready and waiting for you and your buggy or pram. We’ve two that go straight from the Car Parks and one main lift that travels to all levels from the centre of Churchill Square.
Rockers and Rockettes is our free kids’ club that’s on the first Sunday of every month from 11am to 3pm. There’s always a fantastic fun theme that changes every month and our team will entertain your little ones with non-stop activities and workshops. Plus, no need to book, just turn up and join in.
Please note, parents and guardians are required to stay around at all times and watch the fun or even get involved if the mood takes you.
We’ve two car parks. 1,600 car park spaces. And you can park 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Evening Tariffs 6pm – midnight £4.00. Please note, the evening tariff only applies if entering the car park after 6pm and exiting before midnight on the same day as arrival (in accordance to the times printed on the ticket).
If your stay exceeds 24 hours you will be charged the standard 24 hour charge plus the costs for the additional time brackets. Please see terms and conditions.

Our Customer Service Desk is an official Brighton Visitor Information Point with our staff knowing all things Brighton and Hove (and probably a lot more). They also have loads of handy free literature and maps. So pay them a visit on the upper mall between TH Baker and H Samuel.

Get your hols off to a relaxing start by changing your money at one of our two Bureau de Changes before you jet off. Debenhams has one on level 1 and The Post Office in WH Smith on the lower mall has the other. Cha-ching! Sorted.

You can pop into The Post Office in WH Smith on the lower mall. There are also two post boxes – one in the Post Office itself, one on the main piazza.
