Sales Consultant, T.H. Baker, Churchill Square, Brighton
Type: Part Time, must be flexible
Hours: 10 hours contract per week with the potential for overtime

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced enthusiastic and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and will achieve operational goals, targets, KPI”s and standards. You will have experience in consultancy selling, such as travel, mobile phones, cars, jewellery, watches and optical.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets and KPI”s
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Maintain high standards throughout the store
- Keep store and displays clean and tidy
- Receive deliveries and organise stock
- Process cash and card payments
- Deal with customer refunds
- Complete any tasks the store or assistant manager delegates
- Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must have sales consultancy experience
- Must be self motivated, focused and driven to succeed
- Passionate about retail
- Target driven
- Able to deal with conflict
- Retail consultative experience.

- Previous target and KPI achievement
- Former service lead business
