We’re pleased to welcome Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust’s Vaccination centre to Churchill Square.
The vaccination centre is being operated for booked appointments or walk ins from 8.30am on Monday 30 August.
Anyone receiving their COVID-19 vaccination at the Churchill Square vaccination centre is entitled to one hour’s free parking in the Churchill Square Orange Car Park.
Appointments are being staggered to allow for social distancing and people are urged not to turn up early to avoid queues building up.

Where is the NHS Covid-19 Vaccine Centre in Churchill Square?
Access to the vaccination centre is through the front door in the previous Topshop unit –the entrance on the piazza, opposite Marks and Spencer on Western Road. You are unable able to enter the vaccination site via the mall.
What are the vaccination centre opening hours?
The vaccination centre will be open from 8.30am to 8pm each day. Walk ins are welcome from 8.30am to 7pm.
Who is eligible to walk in without an appointment?
All adults can walk in and receive their vaccination without an appointment. The service also offers vaccinations to 16- and 17-year-olds.

Please can you advise if there is accessibility access?
The front entrance of our vaccination centre (on Western Road) is fully accessible to anyone who has mobility issues or needs some assistance.
If you are using the free parking in Churchill Square’s orange car park and are unable to make your way to the street level entrance, you can access the vaccination centre via level one of the car park. Just follow the Topshop/Topman signs (please note this doesn’t take you through Churchill Square shopping centre, it is a separate entrance within the car park).
How do I claim my 1 hour free parking?
Please follow these instructions to claim your hour’s free parking:
- Park in the orange car park (Churchill 1), which is in Regency Road East, BN1 2RU. The vehicle height restriction is 2.13 meters
- Enter the car park via lane 1 (left hand lane)
- On arrival take a ticket from the car park barrier
- Explain to the Churchill Square Security Officer that you are attending for a COVID-19 vaccination. You will need to provide proof of vaccination appointment for that day (showing the confirmation you have received on your phone is fine).
- The security officer will then validate your ticket.
Your 60 minutes free parking begins from the minute you enter the car park. Any additional parking will be charged at normal rates.
