Quality sleep is fundamental to overall wellbeing and productivity.
That’s why we’re introducing a multitude of rest-related activities within our meeting places all over the globe.
Here at Churchill Square we’ve dreamed up a whole host of activities designed to help you activate your Sleep Mode to get the very best rest.
Activities everyday from Monday 21st October - Sunday 3rd November:
12pm - 1pm
Once Upon a Time storytelling and breathwork sessions with Ms Suzie Sweetdreams
1pm - 3:30pm
Dreamcatcher making sessions
3:30pm - 4:30pm
Write your own bedtime story sessions with Ms Suzie Sweetdreams
