Eat offer a range of delicious sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, soups, salads, wraps, fresh sushi, desserts and bakery.

The key to their success is in their kitchen. They don’t buy a single mass produced item, meaning that everything they sell is made by hand in their own kitchen, just like you would at home (or would if you had the time, maybe).   Wheat-free, dairy-free and gluten-free options are available and all their coffee is fair-trade and milk is organic.  Situated on the Churchill Square piazza area you can Eat in or takeaway en route to the shops!

West Cornwall Pasty Co.
Not just a Cornish Pasty stop,WCPCo offers a delicious range of pasties including Steak and Stilton, Pork and Apple and Chicken Balti. What you may not know is that they also do Breakfast rolls and pasty options as well as pizza and great Fairtrade coffee. While these perfect parcels of pastry paradise just have to be devoured, Johnny Depp in Pirates Of the Caribbean impersonations are entirely optional...

Pizza Fritta
The eyecatching tram situated just outside H&M offer a great alternative to fast food chains.  They serve home cooked Italian food such as pizza, paninis, pasta and Italian chips – all homecooked and great value.  A favourite with Italians living and visiting Brighton – they should know!

Foodcourt
Our foodcourt located on the second floor of the centre offers a whole host of eating options.  Spud-U-Like offers baked potatoes with virtually any filling that takes your fancy. Or, take the weight of your feet at Café Giardino and choose from a wide selection of healthy Italian-style food.  They do everything from a full cooked breakfast to homemade lunch specials as well as sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Would you like a salad with that? McDonalds have now introduced their über health-conscious Deli and salad choices to complement their classic range of irresistable wraps, burgers, drinks and shakes. Pop it for breakfast any morning until 10.30am and bag a free Coffee Mug whilst stocks last.

Another favourite is Quiznos who offer a huge range of New York Deli-style subs and sandwiches all freshly made.  The pastrami comes highly recommended (by us!) and their ever-changing meal-deals Quiznos make super-snacking affordable. And, to keep you going throughout the day, Café Alba offers a wide range of coffees, teas and tasty snacks.
