Herzlich willkommen beim Churchill Square Weihnachtsmarkt!

Welcome to our very own über-authentic German Christmas market with real Germans selling hand-made decorations, nick nacks and unique gift ideas that make wonderful stocking fillers or table presents that are just that little-bit-different.

It's also a great chance to sample some traditional winter fare; succulent Bratwürst, irresistibly sinful waffles or perhaps even the German raclette which oozes with Tyrolean cheesiness and, some say, is even better that the Swiss version. We agree!

Markets like these are relative newcomers to these shores but have become an instant hit with the locals - especially here in Brighton where we are expecting to build on last year's success. And why not? Where else would you find such a selection of inspiring jewellery, warm woolly gloves and hats, antique stamps, leather goods and totally yummy foods all served with a hearty smile and mug of steaming hot Glühwein? Apart from Stuttgart...
