Churchill Square for everyone!

Churchill Square is the base for Brighton & Hove Shopmobility. The scheme provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to members of the public with limited mobility, enabling them to shop at Churchill Square and enjoy other facilities in Brighton city centre and on the sea front.

You can become a user by simply calling in at the Shopmobility office to complete a registration form, bringing with you two forms of identification to confirm your name and address.

You will be given training and once you feel confident, off you go. The whole process only takes 15 minutes and escorts are available if required.

Wheelchairs for visitors are also available from Shopmobility. Temporary loans of manual wheelchairs are, of course, also available!

Tuesday – Friday 10am – 5pm, Saturday 10.30am – 4.30pm, closed Sunday and Monday.

Fees

• Membership: £12 per year.
• Hire for Members: £3 per day.
• Hire for Non-Members: £5 per day.
